We do not charge a fee for residential mortgage advice; however there is an administration fee for processing each of your standard residential mortgage applications. The typical administration fee is £295. For impaired credit lending the typical fee is up to 10% of the mortgage loan (minimum £995). For Buy to Let and Commercial Mortgages a fee of up to 1% of the mortgage loan size applies.
For mortgages if you have impaired credit the overall cost for comparison is 8.8% APR. For secured loans we have low rates from 8.5% APR. The overall cost for comparison is 11.55% APR typical-variable. Over 66% of our customers receive a lower APR than the typical rate shown. Our highest rate is 27% APR variable
